Can I modify my order after placing it?You cannot add new products to an order that has already been placed. However, you can place a new order for additional products.

Can I exchange my order if I receive a faulty product?We do not have an exchange policy. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please refer to our store policies for further assistance.

What should I do if I receive broken or damaged products?If you receive broken or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send an email to janhaviarts.14@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs or videos. We will review your case and assist you accordingly. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. I did not receive an item/received wrong item in my order?If any item is missing in the order, please send photographs or videos of the same along with your order number to janhaviarts.14@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery. We'll be glad to help you with this. The customer's complaint will not be taken into consideration if they fail to notify us of the situation within the allotted time frame (24 hours following delivery).

How do I track my order?Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with the shipment details. Along with the AWB and cargo number, it will also list the courier service's name. Your order can be followed up on at their website.

Can you gift wrap my order?No, we do not offer gift wrapping. But we do not include the invoice in your order. A digital copy of the invoice shall be sent to you. Hence you can always gift your loved ones anything from our store, we won’t send them the bill along with their gift!
